LOV Academy is a 6‑month coaching and support programme (March – August 2026) designed to help business owners grow with clarity, confidence and calm.
Led by Bev Wakefield, founder of Vibrant Accountancy, and Dr Phil Clarke, renowned leadership coach and behavioural scientist, it blends practical business strategy with personal development, mindset work and supportive community – giving you the space to step back from the daily whirlwind and lead your business with intention.
Throughout the programme, you’ll work closely with Bev, Dr Phil and a group of like‑minded business owners, exploring the three core pillars that make LOV Academy so powerful:

💼 You as a business owner – your strategy, goals and clarity
🔥 You as a performer – how you lead, show up and take action
The journey begins with your first session on 25th March, followed by five more in‑person masterclasses scheduled collaboratively with the group. In-person sessions will be held in Derby at Vibrant’s offices.
